         Welcome to Pratt-Fields Home Please, Inc. (PFHP), a dedicated non-profit organization
         with an important mission! We provide transitional housing for homeless women with children,
         supporting them in adopting positive parenting and realizing their potential for lasting
         success in our community. Together, we can create meaningful change!

We’re excited to welcome you into our vibrant community! To ensure a smooth admission process, here are the essential requirements you need to meet!

Admission Requirements:  

 

-Applicants must be single women who fall within the age range of 18 to 35 years.

- It is essential that they have physical custody of their children.

- Each client is expected to actively engage in efforts toward achieving self-sufficiency.

Our program is committed to providing comprehensive support to assist clients throughout this significant journey.

PFHP, will provide shelter and services that includes, but not limited to: Case Management,

Drug Mentor Program, Parenting Class, Job Readiness, Education/Computer Literacy Program,

Money Management Skills, Spiritual Emphasis, and referral to outside services.

Our services are based on the belief that our clients needs are of the utmost importance.

Our entire staff are committed to meeting those needs. We would welcome the opportunity

to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. 

We are tax exempt under section 501 (c) (3)further classified as public charities.
